Position: Senior Accountant
An Atlanta-based Tech company located in Chamblee is seeking to employ a full-time Senior Accountant. You will be working with a fun, professional and supportive team. The position will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting of the business, as well as, creating a system for best practices.
The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. A degree and previous work experience in accounting or finance is required. Pay will be commensurate with experience and skill set. The position is hybrid requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities:
• Reconcile accounts monthly
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Financial Analysis and Reporting
• Payroll
• Manage Hirings, Terminations, Employee Benefits, Time Tracking and Paid Time Off
• Create Business Best Practices
Requirements and Skills:
• Previous Accounting or Finance work experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and financial practices
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
