Cousins Maine Lobster is planning a Lenox Square Mall sit-down location.
The food truck concept made popular by “Shark Tank” hopes to open by Black Friday, according to an announcement Tuesday.
Tony Harrison, local franchise owner and operator of two Cousins Maine Lobster food trucks, will own and operate the restaurant.
Cousins Maine Lobster will occupy a 1,150-square-foot space across from Bantam + Biddy in the Buckhead mall.
On the menu, expect lobster rolls, lobster tacos, lobster tots and crab rolls, plus “specialty menu items found only at brick-and-mortar locations.” Continue reading at What Now Atlanta
