We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team.
Duties include:
– Prepare financial statements
– Account reconciliations
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
– Accounts Receivable including billing and collections.
– Accounts Payable
– Inventory recording and management
– Human resources
– Job costing
– Miscellaneous projects as needed
Experience and education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting
– Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
– Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work independently as well as with a team
