A new restaurant franchise in Georgia will open its doors Feb. 22 and offer menu items unique to other branches.
The Brass Tap, 4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road, will have a wide selection of rotating craft beers like other franchise locations in Florida, but will also be the pilot location to test and launch a gastropub lunch menu.
“The new lunch menu is going to offer a variety of unique and great tasting products including signature salads, power bowls, lettuce wraps, street tacos, half pound fresh Angus burgers and premium wraps and sandwiches,” said Peter Petrosian, chief development officer for the franchise. “The timing was unique as this menu was the latest iteration in our menu development and we feel Dunwoody is a great place to test some of our new product ideas.”
Samy Onsi and Mary Kate Roesch, franchisees of the Dunwoody location, said they think the new restaurant and menu will be a success because of the city’s–and the surrounding area’s– “foodie reputation.”
