ATLANTA, GA, August 10, 2017 – Trees Atlanta is excited to host its inaugural Dunwoody Tree Sale at Brook Run Park, in conjunction with our long-time annual Atlanta Tree Sale. The fundraiser will take place on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. rain or shine.
The Dunwoody Tree Sale will feature hundreds of the best native and exotic plants available, including trees, shrubs, native perennials, and tree-friendly vines that make up every layer of our forest, canopy to ground.

The Dunwoody Tree Sale gives shoppers a chance to talk with experts and certified arborists about why each tree is unique so that making the decision on which tree to buy becomes easier.

All proceeds benefit Trees Atlanta’s planting and education programs, helping our community plant over 6,000 trees each year and reach over 8,000 children and adults with our education programs across metro Atlanta. The trees planted with funds from the annual sale help rejuvenate Atlanta’s tree canopy and contribute to a healthy, diverse forest.

The previous weekend, Trees Atlanta will host its 18th Annual Atlanta Tree Sale at the Freedom Farmers’ Market at The Carter Center, also from 8 AM to 2 PM. This year’s edition of our famous annual sale will feature the same great selection and expertise as the Dunwoody Tree Sale, with even larger quantities of trees and plants.
