Tropical Smoothie Cafe is planning to open in Town Brookhaven on Nov. 29. Starting at 7 am, the first 50 guests will receive a coupon good for one free smoothie each week for a year. There will also be free tastings, giveaways and 99-cent smoothies all day. An official ribbon-cutting will take place at 10:30 am.
