Troy’s Burger Corner: The Coffee Crusted Burger at Ten Bistro

Last Sunday my family had lunch at Ten Bistro in Peachtree Corners. After receiving a mouth-watering description and recommendation for their burgers from an interested subscriber (Kim Pope), we had to give it a try. Their feature burger is the Coffee Crusted Burger. With smoked Gouda, tomato, Tabasco-fried onions and red pepper aioli this burger is very tasty. The coffee crust might throw people off, but that to me is what made the burger so good. The Tabasco-fried onions made it a little crispy to give it a flavor like it was grilled outside. I would definitely recommend this burger. I also tried a bite of my brother’s 50/50 burger, but it was not nearly as good. Stick with the coffee crusted burger.

My Mom went crazy taking pictures of everything because she thought the decorations were so cool.  Ms. Pope described the atmosphere as a “funky vibe that is refreshing”.  Mom agrees and says we’ll go back often especially since it is fairly close to home.
