It’s been a while since I’ve updated you on what’s new in my world and I think now is a perfect time to bring you up to date with some exciting news.
SOHO Office – Dunwoody has been sold! After 5 1/2 years of growing the business (even with COVID!), I officially sold SOHO Office to a great company, PostNet. Kevin Center, owner of 2 PostNet locations (Buckhead and Northside Drive/75) will incorporate SOHO Office into his PostNet portfolio. PostNet provides all of the great stuff that SOHO Office offered and they will be introducing new services including DHL International, fingerprinting, passport photos, and virtual mailboxes. They are keeping the hours of Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The phone number will stay the same, (770) 352-3434, but the email address will change to ga136@postnet.com. Most importantly, Rene’ will be onsite assisting with the transition from SOHO Office to PostNet. Please stop by and visit them and wish them a lot of success! Mr. Center has graciously allowed me to meet technology appointments at the store as well as allow people to drop off equipment for repair. As usual, both of these need to be coordinated with me ahead of time to make sure I am available. If you have any questions, comments, or congrats, please let me know.
This leads me to… I am going back to providing ‘residential – or pretty dang close to it‘ technology repair full-time! I have been spending a lot of time in the store and I haven’t been able to service as many folks as I used to but that will change very quickly. Finally, I am a huge fan of Brother printers and I happen to have a Brother 8260CDW color laser printer for sale which came from a business client of mine who closed his offices. This is a high-end small office color laser printer. It’s got a 250-page capacity and can be connected via USB, wired, or wireless. It sells new on Amazon and at Office Depot for $399. I am selling it with extra toner cartridges, delivered and installed, for $300 (Sandy Springs/Dunwoody only… a few more bucks for outside the area).
