Water Billing Process Audit

In a continuing effort to get to the bottom of the problems surrounding unreasonably high water bills, the board has recommended approval of the independent auditor to engage the firm of KPMG to perform a process audit of the billing process of the water utility department. 

As a reminder, if you receive an unusually high water bill there is a dispute process. Call the customer support line at 404-371-3000. Or, you can send an email to dekalbwaterbillingfn@dekalbcountyga.gov.
