Are you a High School student looking for a fun and healthy activity to join? The Dunwoody area is going to have their own mountain bike High School team that will be made up of boys and girls that live in or near Dunwoody. They will be competing in the inaugural year of the Georgia High School Cycling League. Coach David Anderson is looking for team members that are in 9th to 12th grade. He is hoping to pull in students from all the area schools, whether or not the student goes to public school, private school or being home schooled.
We are looking to have a fun time no matter what your experience level is. Do not have a bike? We may be able to provide a bike for you to temporarily use to try out the sport.
There will be a informational meeting for the Dunwoody Area High School MTB Team at the Dunwoody Nature Center (on the new back porch) on Thursday, July 10th at 7:00pm.
