Cornerstone Christian Academy today announced the school will host their annual Veterans Day celebration on Friday, November 6, 2015, from 10 am – 11:00 am at Peachtree Corners Baptist Church located at 4480 Peachtree Corners Circle in Norcross, Georgia. The celebration will honor those who have courageously served our county as part of the United States military. There is no cost to attend and all veterans and members of the community are invited. This year’s celebration will feature special guest speaker Mr. Tony Martinez, who served in the Korean War and in the US Army as a Counter Intelligence Agent with duty in Panama and throughout Latin America. He is also a veteran of the cola wars having worked in the global marketing operations of The Coca-Cola Company and Orange Crush International for over 40 years. The service will pay tribute to each branch of the military and showcase a presentation of colors by the Cornerstone Boy Scouts, readings from Cornerstone students, and music from the Cornerstone chorus.
