Help, my 84 year old Dad lost his Bible on Chamblee Dunwoody!

My dad, Deane Stokes, lost his Bible on the way to Genesis Bible Church (on Chamblee Dunwoody Road) last Sunday.  My dad is 84 years old and had a stroke last February.  He has church friends pick him up and take him to church each Sunday since he can no longer drive. This past Sunday his Bible was put on the top of the car as his friend was helping my dad get in the vehicle safely.  Unfortunately, the Bible stayed on the top of the car and fell off somewhere on the way to church.  By the time they realized what happened, and re-drove the route, the Bible was gone.  Another church member thought they saw the Bible off of Chamblee-Dunwoody road near Peeler.  I am hopeful that someone picked it up, but so far no one has contacted us or the church.  While he, of course, can purchase a new Bible, money can’t purchase the 26+ years of notes and highlights that he has made in his Bible.  It is something that I hoped to have one day as well.  The Bible is brown, and has my dad’s name inside it.
