In partnership with the 19th annual Lemonade Days festival hosted by Dunwoody Preservation Trust (DPT), we invite you to our Lemonade Days 5k race. All festival proceeds are used within the community for historic preservation and education.
Lemonade Days will run from Wednesday, April 18th through Sunday, April 22th, 2018.
Featuring more than 30 full-scale carnival rides, more than 20 fabulous food and beverage vendors, three days of center stage performances and the popular Dunwoody Idol contest, Lemonade Days is a Dunwoody Signature Event that has become a highlight of the city’s calendar and its most popular family event of the year. RACE DETAILS
This is a mostly flat course that winds through the woods, crosses bridges, and takes you through yet another park, all in 3.1 miles. The race starts on a closed street. After about 0.3 miles you make a left and run the rest of the race on a wide concrete path. You finish by the pavilion and where the festival takes place!
“Club Challenge” – we will be awarding the club, group or team an overall prize for the most finishers at the race.
Every finisher will receive a soft cotton / poly blended short sleeved t-shirt. We will also have age group awards for the following categories:
Under age 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Top 3 Overall Male, Top 3 Overall Male Masters (Age 40+), Top 3 Overall Female and Top 3 Overall Female Masters (Age 40+)
