Kristin’s Sausage balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Bisquick
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (I usually use sage)

Preparation:

Put all together in large ziplock and let it get to room temp. Mix inside bag- I usually will mix it a bit then leave it then come back to mix again until it’s all mixed. Roll into balls and put on cookie sheet then freeze. Once frozen, bag and keep in freezer. 

Bake at 350 – turn after about 10-12 min and don’t forget to spray the pan!
