Kristin’s Sausage Muffins


  • 2 jars Old English cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1 Tbls butter/marg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce 
  • 1 pkg English muffins cut in half


Cook, mince and drain sausage. Combine cheese, butter, and sauces. Melt in microwave until smooth. Add sausage and mix together. Scoop mixture onto English muffins. Arrange on tray and fast freeze. Once frozen, store in ziplock in freezer. 

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated through.
