Update from Nordstrom in response to our inquiry about the closing:
“Unfortunately, the reason for closing this spa (and two others in our company) is that the demand and results weren’t where they need to be at this location. Also, in order to best serve our customers, this Spa is going to eventually be in need of a substantial reinvestment for a remodel. With these factors in mind, we believe the best decision for our business is to close this Spa.”
Excerpt from a letter to Nordstrom Customers:
“We’ve made the decision to close the Spa here at Nordstrom Perimeter Mall. The Spa’s last day of business will be Friday, April 29, 2016.
We care a great deal about our customers and our employees, so this was a tough decision for us to make.
