Resolution One: I will live for God.
Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will.
Get taller! It beats trying to lose weight!
The whole family was inspired by the movie “Forks Over Knives” to eat more of a plant-based diet. Ryan wants to go “cold turkey,” but the rest of us will ease into this gradually. There are many, many benefits to eating more veggies. Send me your recipes!
