My kids have been asking to make Bourbon Street steak FOR-EV-ERRRRR. I finally gave in a looked up a copycat recipe. This one is adapted from copykat.com. Marinate steaks for 2 hours – overnight.
1/2 cup A1 Steak Sauce
1/2 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons honey ( opted for the Smokin’ Hot honey from Bee Charmer)
3 teaspoons whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I used Tony Chachere’s)

I did not wipe the marinade before grilling and served with roasted potatoes and Brussel sprouts and Oreo shakes, of course.
