Ingredients
  • 1 lb hot sausage. 
  • 3 cups Rice Crispie cereal. 
  • 1 small onion chopped. 
  • 3/4 cup cooked minute white rice. 
  • 1 10oz pkg of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. 
  • 5 eggs lightly beaten. 
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.

Kristin’s Sausage balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Bisquick
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (I usually use sage)

Preparation:

Kristin’s Sausage Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 jars Old English cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1 Tbls butter/marg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce 
  • 1 pkg English muffins cut in half

Preparation:

Crustless Canadian Bacon & Brie Quiche

Ingredients

  • 14 thin slices Canadian bacon (just over 1/4 lb Boars Head thinly sliced)
  • 1 8 oz round of brie
  • 8 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil

Preparation

 

  • Place Canadian bacon slices on bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9″ inch deep dish pie plate, slightly overlapping slices
