We moved into our house five years ago and the first couple years we had no issues with water intrusion. About two years ago, water seeped into the basement corner after very heavy, flash flooding type of rain. For every family that is self-employed finding insurance for 2018 has become even more difficult with Blue Cross Blue Shield dropping out of metro Atlanta.
